"Get it for your Mama" Official Rules and Regulations 2023

Eligibility: "Get it for your Mama” known hereafter as “the giveaway” is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska) who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing: The Giveaway begins 5/12/23 and ends 5/18/23 at 9am CT .
How to Enter: 1) Follow @honeycounty 2) Create a video using ‘Got It From My Mama’ or ‘Got It From My Mama (Lo Tengo De Mi Mama)’ celebrating your mom! Multiple entries will not increase your chances of selection. Each participant has one chance of winning. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
Drawing: One winner will be selected by a panel of judges and announced on 5/19/23.
Winnings:
Grand Prize winner will receive ($600) in increments of ($150) travel gift cards valid for air travel. Not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, winner stated in rules and regulations.
Second Prize winner will receive ($300) in increments of ($150) gift cards valid for air travel. Not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, winner stated in rules and regulations.
Total of prizes: $900
Release of liability : By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and all entities and any / all respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and advertising from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, disability, and exposure, infection and/or spread of COVID-19, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes each winner's consent to Honey County and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, or consideration.
Disputes: Any and all disputed connected to the "Get it for your Mama” giveaway will fall under the State of Tennessee law. Entrants confirm that they are willingly entering this giveaway and any additional fees incurred as a result of the giveaway will not be held responsible from Honey County or any of their affiliates.
